Acrylic Elastomeric Wall Coating
DESCRIPTION: it is a premium acrylic elastomeric wall coating for exterior masonry. it
has exceptional flexibility and provides superior protection against wind-driven rain and moisture by bridging hairline
cracks and other small cracks that may develop in masonry surfaces. it accomodates normal expansion
and contraction by providing outstanding elastic recovery and resilience, even under conditions of extreme cold or heat.
it has outstanding resistance to ultraviolet light and dirt pick-up, and can be touched-up easily.

MATIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET
All surfaces must be cured, clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, rust, stains,
grease, oil, mildew, wax, efflorescence and other contaminants. Remove all
loose, peeling, or chalky paint by sanding, scraping, wire brushing,
sandblasting, high-pressure washing or other appropriate methods.
hairline cracks with an elastomeric patching or caulking material. Structural
cracks and other cracks not caused by normal ground movement and settling
must be repaired before proceeding. Repaired surfaces should match the
surrounding surface texture. If efflorescence exists, remove all noticeable
deposits and prime the entire surface with HJ3537 -
Waterborne Epoxy Primer or Eff-Stop - Acrylic Masonry Sealer.
• CAUTION: Scraping or sanding surfaces of older buildings (especially pre-
1978) may release dust containing lead or asbestos. EXPOSURE TO
LEAD OR ASBESTOS CAN BE VY HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH.
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment during surface
preparation, and finish cleanup of any residues by water-washing all
surfaces. For more information, see our brochure on “Surface
• This product can neither cause nor prevent or cure the growth of mold,
mildew, or other forms of fungus. Excessive moisture and inadequate
ventilation are the main conditions that promote their growth. Correct any
such conditions before painting.
• Airless spray application is recommended in order to achieve the optimum
film thickness. An airless spray unit with a minimum output of 2 gallons
per minute is recommended.
• Approved application of it must be ”pinhole free”, and have
a dry film thickness of 15- mils. Surface features mandate the method
of application and number of coats needed to achieve this.
• Do not apply when the air or surface temperature is below 50°F and do
not store in areas where temperatures are near freezing (37°F or below).
• Allow stucco and smooth-troweled plaster to cure at least 3 days before
• Allow tilt-up concrete to cure at least 7 days before sealing with
Do not thin.
Store in a dry area. Protect from freezing. Extreme temperatures may cause
paint to become unusable. For example: Freezing and thawing may cause
paint to gel, and high heat may cause a solid skin to form.
