SELF-LEVELLING EPOXY FLOORING WB has been formulated to
provide a seamless flooring that offers outstanding durability, high chemical
resistance and superb decorative appearance.
SELF-LEVELLING EPOXY FLOORING WB offers all the qualities of our
standard Self Levelling Epoxy Flooring with the advantage gained being
water based, it can be applied onto damp concrete.

Self-Levelling Epoxy Flooring WB
EPOXY PRODUCTS SELF LEVELLING FLOORING WB has been formulated to provide a
seamless flooring that offers outstanding durability, high chemical resistance and superb decorative
appearance. It is a non-porous, easy to clean smooth finish and offers some slip resistance. The
rapid strength development enables an early return to use of heavy traffic after 48 hours. Slip
resistant particles are included to add an element of ‘safety’ to the finished surface
USES Floor topping for showrooms, workshops, bakeries, breweries, food production facilities,
kitchens, sports changing rooms, conservatories and any other areas that demand high performance.
PREPARATION Surfaces must be free from grease, oil and other forms of contamination.
Remove any loose materials and sweep clean. Cleaning is imperative and the best results can be
achieved by use of CONCRETE CLEAN. Repair deep holes and blemishes with EPOXY
PATCHING MORTAR or EPOXY MORTAR WB (if wet).
PRIMING Areas must be primed with one coat of EPOXY SEAL WB. Priming must be
completed and allowed to harden before laying the Self Levelling Epoxy Flooring.
MIXING Empty the entire contents of Pack B (Hardener) into Pack A (Resin) and mix thoroughly
mixed together using an electric drill and a paddle attachment. Ensure you reach the sides and
bottom of the container to thoroughly mix both components. Pour and spread immediately after
mixing and use all within 30 minutes.
APPLICATION Pour the mixed material onto the primed surface. Spread the material using a
steel trowel into corners and trowel to the desired thickness. The minimum depth being 2mm. Work
across the room in narrow strips. Allow the material to flow out for a short period and then wearing
“spiked shoes”, walk across the wet floor and pass over a spiked roller. This will help release any
trapped air and aid the levelling properties. Repeat mixing and applying to maintain a wet edge.
Scatter the slip resting particles lightly and evenly across the surface whilst still tacky.

9 Litres will cover 4.5m2 at 2mm depth.
When fully mixed, approximately 25-30 minutes @ 0 C. Extended pot life at lower temperatures,
reduced at high temperatures.
Initial hardening/cure after 24 hours @ 0 C. Suitable for heavy trafficking after 3 days.
Full chemical resistance and physical strength after 7 days @ oC.
Resistant to spillages of many chemicals commonly met within industry.
